Matt Mead leads technology and corporate innovation initiatives at BOND. As Vice President of Technology, Matt is at the forefront of driving BOND’s technological advancements and strategic initiatives that align with the long-term vision of the company. With over 20 years of experience, Matt oversees the delivery of the company’s technology services by adopting and integrating emerging technologies, business process optimization, and ensuring alignment with BOND’s overarching goals and vision. He develops, coordinates, and executes all facets of BOND’s technological roadmap to create competitive advantages and enhance process effectiveness and efficiency company wide.
With an innovative mindset, Matt cultivates a culture of creativity and experimentation while advancing the company’s use of new tools, data modeling, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence by providing strategic insight, driving value creation, and improving business planning and forecasting.
Matt holds an A.L.B. from Harvard University. Prior to BOND, he served as Chief Administrative and Information Officer at The Middlesex Corporation in Littleton, Massachusetts, where he led both business and technology operations. Matt resides in Billerica, Massachusetts, with his wife and three children.
Beyond Bond
Born into an Italian family, rich with culinary tradition, Matt is an avid cook. He must get it from his uncle who is a professional chef! Outside of the kitchen, his wife and three kids (two of which are twins) are almost always on the go – whether it be off to hockey practice where Matt coaches for his son’s team, traveling overseas, or jumping off the dock for a swim at Lake Sebago, Matt’s family is his biggest passion and greatest joy.
