As CFO, Rich is a key member of the executive management team, providing financial leadership and strategy to the organization. With more than 25 years of experience, Rich is well versed in all aspects of financial operations including: financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury operations, contracts management, procurement, strategy development and implementation, management systems and business administration.
In his role, Rich will help BOND continue to bolster its financial infrastructure, management systems and reporting as the company delivers upon its long-term business goals and objectives.
Prior to joining BOND, Rich served as CFO for Abt Associates, a world-leading research firm in Cambridge. He has held leadership positions for some of New England’s top technology and consulting firms. Rich holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Beyond Bond
Rich is an avid cyclist and participates in many events including the Tour de Cure Diabetes and the Maine Lighthouse Ride. He enjoys cycling along the hillside terrain and among the local apple orchards in his hometown of Boxborough, Massachusetts. When Rich is not cycling, you'll find him boating or skiing with his wife and two sons in Northern New England.
