As incoming CFO, Suzanne joins BOND as a core member of the organization’s executive leadership team to provide strategic vision, financial oversight, and operational expertise that drives performance and supports long-term business goals.
She leads all aspects of financial strategy and operations, while also partnering with HR and IT to develop people and technology strategies that enhance BOND’s culture and day-to-day execution.
Suzanne brings a proven track record of leading complex growth initiatives, optimizing business operations, and aligning organizations around high-performance strategies. Most recently, she served as Chief Growth Officer at Suffolk Construction, where she helped define and execute enterprise-wide strategic vision. Her professional service expertise is grounded in her 20+ years at Bain & Company, where she rose to EVP of Global Strategic Initiatives after serving as COO of the firm’s Boston office. Suzanne also served as Chief Business Operations Officer at Perch, a fast-growing e-commerce startup, where she led international expansion, 35 acquisitions, and helped scale the company to nearly half a billion in revenue.
Suzanne holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Beyond Bond
Suzanne lives in Winchester, Massachusetts with her two teen girls and husband. She and her girls enjoy hiking in the nearby Fells, yoga, board games, reading fiction, and reality television. On school breaks you may find her skiing, exploring new countries, or spending time with extended family in Connecticut.
