As Enterprise Systems Director, Jackie Easton leads the coordination and development of technology management and control systems, collaborating across all levels of the organization. In her nearly 25-year tenure at BOND, Jackie plays a lead role in many of the firm’s key initiatives, such as the oversight and implementation of BOND’s core business processes and procedures, and efforts to continually advance the company’s technology strategy.
Prior to BOND, Jackie worked as an Accountant at State Street Bank and at Darmody, Merlino & Co LLP, where she earned her CPA in 2000. In 2001, she transitioned to BOND as an Assistant Controller where her role and responsibilities have grown and shifted over time to her leadership position today.
Jackie holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State University. As a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce (GBCC), she recently completed their renown Women’s Leadership Program. In 2023, Jackie was honored as BOND Brothers, Inc.’s Employee of the Year, an accolade she deeply values.
Beyond Bond
While Jackie is a master of technology and computer systems in her professional life, she prefers to be far from the screen in her personal time. Residing in Merrimack, Massachusetts, she enjoys outdoor activities and nature with her family such as hiking, swimming, boating and kayaking on the Charles River, or riding dirt bikes with her children.
