Position Description:

Working as an integral part of the Division Finance Team, the Assistant Office Analyst will provide quality financial services to the division and project teams, which include all tasks associated with project setup in Bond’s financial systems, follow through for compliance reporting and administrative tasks associated with the Garage & Warehouse operations.  The Assistant Office Analyst must adhere to BOND’s policies and procedures and will communicate any concerns or potential risk items to management.


  • Act as a liaison between the project team and accounting/finance
  • Respond to all inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Set up all projects and associated data into Bond’s financial systems, reviewing all submissions for accuracy and compliance
  • Review all subcontracts, change orders and insurance certificates for compliance and upload to AON Wrap in a timely manner
  • Maintain timely communication with project teams
  • Assist project teams in reconciling incorrect submissions
  • Process all Accounts Payable invoices related to Bond’s Garage & Warehouse operations, including Outside Rental invoices
  • Maintain Vehicle Registration expiration tracking logs
  • Provide in-person support at Everett Garage & Warehouse as needed
  • Assist project analysts and other departments with ad hoc requests
  • Work on special projects as directed by the Accounting Manager

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships
  • Must display initiative and independent thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  • Experience with Timberline or Heavy Job software a plus
  • Construction industry and/or project accounting experience preferred
